My approach to care is built on two pillars: precision and partnership. Over the past 14 years, I’ve learned that managing chronic conditions like diabetes isn’t just about numbers on a glucose meter it’s about understanding the person behind the numbers.

I take medication management seriously because I know how overwhelming it can be for seniors and their families. Whether it’s organizing a weekly pill box, coordinating refills, or explaining a new prescription in simple terms (in English or Spanish), I believe clarity and consistency are key to health and peace of mind.

Transportation might seem like a small thing, but for many seniors, getting to a doctor’s appointment safely and on time can be a major source of stress. I don’t just drive I accompany, I advocate, and I ensure that what happens at the visit is understood and followed through at home.

Being bilingual has allowed me to bridge gaps for many Spanish-speaking families who may feel hesitant navigating the healthcare system. I see myself as both a caregiver and a cultural liaison, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation especially when it comes to health.

In my free time, I’m a hobbyist carpenter. I’ve even built a few custom raised garden beds for clients who wanted to grow their own herbs and vegetables. There’s a deep satisfaction in building things that last and grow whether it’s a piece of furniture or a trusting care relationship
