My role bridges the gap between the medical details and the human experience. I track weights and vital signs meticulously, but I also listen to how someone is feeling that day. I prepare low-sodium meals that support heart health, but I also make sure those meals are enjoyable and satisfying. And perhaps most importantly, I keep families informed with clear, compassionate updates, because I know that caring for a loved one with CHF can be emotionally heavy. I see myself as both a caregiver and a communicator—someone who ensures that the person in my care feels heard, understood, and safe
