CareUnityy Referral Program Policy and Regulations
At CareUnityy, we value the power of word-of-mouth and community support. That’s why we’re excited to offer our Referral Program as a way to reward those who help us grow. Please review the following policy and regulations to understand how the program works and how you can participate.
Eligibility:
The CareUnityy Referral Program is open to anyone 18 years or older who can refer new clients to CareUnityy.
Referrers do not need to be employees of CareUnityy to participate in the program.
How It Works:
Refer a Client: To participate, simply refer a client who could benefit from our home care services. The referred client must not be an existing or past client of CareUnityy.
Client Signs Up: The referred client must sign up for CareUnityy’s services and receive at least one week (7 days) of care.
Earn Your Reward: Once the referred client has completed a minimum of one week of service, the referrer will be eligible to receive a $500 referral reward.
Referral Submission:
Referrals can be submitted by phone at 470-708-7452, by email at [contact@careunityy.com], or through our website’s referral submission form.
When submitting a referral, you must provide your contact information as well as the referred client’s information (name, contact details, and type of care needed).
Reward Payment:
Referral payments will be made within 30 days of the referred client completing their first week of services.
Payments will be issued via check, direct deposit, or another agreed-upon method.
In cases where multiple people refer the same client, the referral reward will be given to the first person who submitted the referral.
Referral Program Terms and Conditions:
New Clients Only: The referred client must be new to CareUnityy and must not have received any services from us prior to the referral.
Minimum Service Requirement: The referred client must complete at least one week (7 days) of care for the referrer to be eligible for the reward. If the client discontinues services before completing one week, no referral reward will be issued.
No Self-Referrals: You cannot refer yourself or your immediate family members (e.g., spouse, parent, or child) living in the same household.
One-Time Payment: Each referred client is eligible for one referral reward only, regardless of the length of time they continue to receive services from CareUnityy.
Compliance with Laws: All participants must comply with applicable laws regarding referrals and incentives. Any fraudulent or dishonest behavior will disqualify the referrer from receiving the reward.
Program Changes and Termination:
CareUnityy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. Any referrals made before program termination will still be eligible for rewards if they meet all the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
