Billing Process

1. Service Agreement:

• Before services commence, you will receive a detailed Service Agreement outlining the type of care, frequency, and cost of services provided.

• The Service Agreement must be signed and returned to our office before services begin.

2. Invoicing:

• Invoices are generated bi-weekly and include a detailed summary of services rendered, hours worked by caregivers, and the total amount due.

• Invoices are sent via email and/or postal mail based on your preference.

3. Payment Due Date:

• Payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date. Timely payment ensures the uninterrupted continuation of services.

Payment Options

1. Online Payment:

• Payments can be made securely through our website using a credit or debit card.

• Visit our payment portal at www.careunityy.com/payments to make an online payment.

2. Automatic Bank Draft:

• Set up automatic bank drafts to ensure your payments are made on time.

• Contact our billing department to enroll in this convenient option.

3. Mail-in Payment:

• Payments can be mailed to our office at: CareUnityy Billing Department 

• Please include your invoice number on the check or money order.
